Back to training!

My feet and legs are feeling alot better now; my toes are still a little scabby and rough looking but they are no longer swollen. I went around my local nature reserve a few times and my legs and hips felt fine. Doing my hike has definetly helped me visualise winning and made me slightly more ambitious when it comes to completing physical challenges. Tommorow is another day and I will be going around again; I am comfortably doing ten miles now so if I can do that daily then my daily commute from September should be easy!
